Promoter
The promoter is Digital Defence Limited and is a registered charity. (ABN 71 681 559 222)

1. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who complete the Digital Defence Parent Survey in full during the promotional period. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Digital Defence Limited are not eligible to enter.  This promotion is not open to residents of the Australian Capital Territory.
2. Promotional period
   The promotion commences on 10th July 2026 at 11pm AEST and closes on 31st July 2026 at 11.59pm AEST ("Promotional Period"). Surveys submitted outside this period will not be eligible for entry into the draw.
3. How to enter
   To enter, eligible participants must complete the Digital Defence Parent Survey in full via the link provided during the Promotional Period. Each eligible participant who completes the survey will receive one entry into the draw. Incomplete or partial survey submissions are not eligible for entry.
4. Prize
   There are two prizes available, each consisting of one $100 Visa gift cards. Total prize pool value: $200. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
5. Draw
   The draw will take place on 3rd August 2026 at 3pm and will be conducted by random selection from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. 
6. Winner notification
   Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 days of the first notification attempt, Digital Defence Limited reserves the right to conduct a re-draw to select a new winner.
7. Privacy
   Personal information collected for entry into this promotion will be used only for the purposes of conducting the draw and notifying winners, and will be handled in accordance with Digital Defence Limited's Privacy Policy. 
8. General conditions
   Digital Defence Limited reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, incomplete, or made in breach of these terms. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion is final and binding. Digital Defence Limited accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Amendments
   Digital Defence Limited reserves the right to amend these terms, or to cancel, suspend, or extend this promotion, if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
